These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at futureatoms.com and all FutureAtoms products, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). FutureAtoms provides a portfolio of software products and technology ventures, including but not limited to:

- Zaphy — LinkedIn Automation Chrome Extension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- You must notify FutureAtoms immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any FutureAtoms software.
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data associated with FutureAtoms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of our Services.
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code through our Services.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our Services without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or made available through our Services are the exclusive property of FutureAtoms or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:
- Source code, object code, and software binaries
- Visual designs, user interfaces, and graphical elements
- Text, images, audio, video, and other media content
- Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is transferred to you by these Terms or your use of the Services.
6. Software Licenses
ChipOS, Swaastik, and other FutureAtoms software products are subject to their respective individual license agreements. By downloading, installing, or using any FutureAtoms software, you agree to be bound by the applicable license agreement for that product.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific product license agreement, the product license agreement shall prevail with respect to that product.
7. Payment Terms
Certain FutureAtoms products and services, including ChipOS Pro and Enterprise editions, require payment of fees.
- Subscription pricing is billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the applicable product terms or as required by law.
- FutureAtoms reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.
- Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid Services.
- Refund requests for ChipOS Pro and Enterprise subscriptions may be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase, subject to review.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUTUREATOMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FutureAtoms, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the Services at any time.
FutureAtoms may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of FutureAtoms.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Changes to Terms
FutureAtoms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
